All bows are in one piece
All bows are bent with a full radius, not two sharp bends like most on the market. This full bend allows for a neater bend and a more attractive fit of the bow and metal as it is brought down over the side.
Trim is used on ALL exposed edges (gable ends and end sides) for strength and safety.
Our bows are formed from a single piece of tubing which, which sets us apart from the others. Our corners are formed into a H channel which adds strength to the corner rather then weakening it.

We use Allied tubing which incorporates a system of protection that has not been duplicated. They use a three step process, first a layer of pure zinc followed by a conversion coating. The third coating is an organic clear sealant to protect the finish and protect the clean new look which will last indefinitely. This is a high strength material not to be confused with the cheaper products available.
